Why We Built This Site
The court that created a Texas record determines its custodian. Somervell's District Clerk maintains District Court civil, criminal, family, juvenile, grand-jury, and minor-trust material. County Court civil, probate, guardianship, misdemeanor, juvenile, and Commissioners Court files belong to the County Clerk. Justice clerks and Glen Rose Municipal Court retain their own lower-court dockets. Bringing the official contacts, search routes, request methods, and case-number clues together makes that local division easier to follow.

What We Cannot Do
This privately operated reference resource is independent of every Texas court, clerk, county office, and state agency. Those limits mean it cannot:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket sheet must come from the clerk or court that holds the source file. This resource can identify that office, but cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
